Wine and Mountain Experience
Overview
You will live one of the highest oenological experiences in the world, where the conditions of the sun, soil and height generate a unique wine. Your adventure begins in the Sala de Ventas, where you will leave behind the conventional to enter the heart of the Andes. You will witness the magnitude of the Elquin landscape; a course designed for contemplation, where the silence of the mountain is only interrupted by the Andean wind. Explain the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture, governed by the stars and total respect for the ecosystem. You will walk through the cellar composed of concrete and wood fudres and enter the RHU portal where the wine library is located.
