Pairing highlights some of the most emblematic flavors of the region: • Table of Galician cheeses, with explanation of the origin and distinctive characteristics of each variety. • Empanada Galicia, icon of popular cuisine, presented as a fundamental part of the local gastronomic culture. • Octopus, undisputed protagonist of Galician cuisine, served as a highlight of the tasting.
