Overview

This unique purposeful tourism program in La Guajira will allow you to explore one of the most fascinating and remote destinations in Colombia. Travelers who join our routes not only enjoy spectacular scenery, but also have the opportunity to contribute directly to the welfare of animals in vulnerable communities and to work with the ancient Wayuu culture. You will participate in a veterinary first aid workshop, attend field care days and promote respect and empathy for all forms of life with communities. In addition, by booking this experience, you will be supporting a nonprofit foundation. All proceeds go directly to save and improve the lives of thousands of animals. You can make the 1-day experience in Riohacha (every day) or 2-, 3- or 4-day trips departing on FRIDAYS. Twice a year we have the most demanding 7 day mission: 06 to 12 JUL and 09 to 15 NOV 2026
