Guests should wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for sand activities, and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

The experience lasts around 6–7 hours including hotel transfers, and the pickup time will be shared in advance.

Vegetarian and Jain meal options are available on request.

This is a shared group experience, but private tours can be arranged upon request for a more personalized adventure.

For a full refund, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the local time in Dubai (GMT +4).

In case of bad weather conditions or unforeseen operational issues, we will either reschedule your experience or offer a full refund.

If you’re delayed or miss the pickup due to personal reasons, the tour will be considered a no-show and no refund will be applicable.
