Many rides, shows, and attractions are designed to comfortably accommodate guests in a wheelchair or guests with other special needs.

Each of the multiple wet play areas will have adjacent changing rooms available for parents to change their children into dry clothes and allow them to have uninhibited exploration and play.

Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Kids Resort (‘Universal’).

Tickets exclude admission to separately ticketed events and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise

The Resort is accessible for wheelchairs.

No pets or emotional-support animals (Trained service animals allowed)

Weapons, sharp objects, outside alcohol, mace or pepper spray are not allowed at Universal Kids Resort

The Universal Kids Resort Theme Park operates seasonally and will close on the following dates: November 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 26; December 25; and January 5-8, 11-15, 19-31. These dates are subject to change and additional closures may be added at the sole discretion of Universal Kids Resort Theme Park.
