Traditional Albanian Cooking Class in a Family Home in Çorovodë
Overview
As part of this class, you will learn how locals in southern Albania prepare a traditional type of burek in a family home in Corovoda, Skrapar. You will be guided step by step (by two local women) through the cooking process and experience local hospitality in a simple, authentic setting. After cooking, you will all have lunch together, not only to taste what you prepared but also to share stories, connect with each other, and meet people from different parts of the world in a family-owned home in Corovoda.
