Soberania National Park Hike

Overview
The Park is vital for the Canal of Panama functioning due to the rainforest and Gatun Lake water tributaries. It is also part of a biological corridor that goes all the way from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean. In our way we will pass by the former Canal Zone, the Pedro Miguel Locks, Centenario Bridge and the French Cemetery (in honor of the canal workers). Accompanied by our bilingual guide, you will hike through a dense tropical canopy, looking out for birds, monkeys, butterflies, frogs and many others species while listening to the informative commentary about the region’s incredible biodiversity.
