Due to local regulations, tour vehicles are not permitted to enter the Side Ancient City (UNESCO protected area). Guests staying within this area are kindly requested to wait at the main security entrance (Zabıta gate) for pickup.

Your exact pickup time will be confirmed one day prior to the activity. Please note that the time shown on your booking voucher is not necessarily your hotel pickup time. Pickup times vary depending on your hotel’s location, traffic conditions and route planning and may be earlier than the activity time shown on your voucher.

Please be ready at the main security gate (vehicle entrance/exit) of your hotel at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Some hotels have multiple entrances, and the main security gate may be located a short distance from the reception or lobby area. Due to local regulations and hotel policies, transfer vehicles are not permitted to enter hotel premises, so guests must wait at the main security gate for pickup.

Please keep your phone switched on and reachable during the pickup period. Transfer vehicles may occasionally be delayed by traffic or previous hotel pickups; if your vehicle has not arrived within 5–8 minutes after your confirmed pickup time, please contact us immediately. Guests who are not present at the confirmed pickup location and time, who wait at an incorrect pickup point, or who cannot be reached by phone, may be considered a no-show.
