This activity is suitable for participants in good health who can walk 4–5 km on natural rainforest trails.
Long pants, comfortable outdoor clothing, and closed-toe hiking shoes are strongly recommended for protection on forest trails.
Insect repellent is recommended, especially during the rainy season.
Natural pools may have limited or no water during the dry season from February to April.
Please help protect Koh Chang’s rainforest by carrying any personal trash out of the forest and disposing of it properly after the tour.
