Trishaw Ride – 30 minutes (Max. 02 pax per trishaw, depending on body size. If the combined body weight exceeds the trishaw's capacity, an additional trishaw will be arranged at an extra charge, payable on the day.)

If exceed tour hours as stated above, additional hour will be charged

Itinerary sequence or location may change due to traffic or closure of places of interest

Driver can be late up to 10 - 15 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses

For temple entry, wear modestand respectful attire, typically covering shoulders, arms, and legs, such as a long dress or pants and a simple top

Surcharge 50% to be applied during super peak like Chinese new year / festive season & must be paid on the day of travel

Please provide the arrival and departure times for your cruise, the name of the cruise, and confirm if the cruise pickup location has been booked

A 50% surcharge will apply for pick-up or drop-off locations outside of George Town.

Free pick-up is available within George Town only; pick-up from Seberang Perai (mainland) will require an extra charge.

No Guide (above 8 Pax Guide service will provide)

No refunds will be provided after the tour has started, even in cases of weather or climate-related disruptions, emergencies, or any personal matters, as transportation and other services have already been booked. In any case where a refund is requested, full evidence must be provided by the guest to support their claim.
