The Boat Ride company’s staff members reserve the right to determine your aptitude to access the attraction and may refuse you access to it. Say Hueque is exempt from any responsibility pertaining to this point.

Please check the Boat Ride restrictions before booking. In case you can not embark the boat ride, no refund will be allowed.

Boat ride may be affected by too low or too high river level (may occur about twice a year). In this case you may be offered an alternative sail or given a partial refund.

The boat to the falls can seat up to roughly 45 passengers

Pick-up time is subject to change

To participate in the 'Great Adventure' Boat Ride, each passenger must bring their passports with them. The company staff's members may require this documentation.

During the Christmas and New Year season, the tour may consist of groups of up to 40 passengers due to high demand.

Due to preventive safety protocols associated with seasonal El Niño weather patterns, public access + train ride to the Devil’s Throat circuit has been temporarily paused to safeguard park infrastructure. The majority of Iguazú National Park remains open, safe, and fully operational.

People with physical, cognitive and/or sensory disabilities who cannot respond to an eventual emergency can not embark the Boat

People with back problems or back history, motor disability and/or osteoporosis can not embark the Boat

People with chronic lung diseases can not embark the Boat

People with heart history or neurological disorders can not embark the Boat

People with kidney history can not embark the Boat

People with blindness, deafness and/or muteness can not embark the Boat

People with morbid obesity can not embark the Boat

Insulin dependent people can not embark the Boat

Pregnant women can not embark the Boat
