Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your activity for your induction so the boat can depart on time. Any booking within 48hrs of booking will incur a 60% fee of the original amount, no cancellations or refunds will be given within 48hrs for missed sessions which is at the discretion of the operator
Valid Photo ID and credit/debit card used for payment are required upon checkin
Passengers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Due to the increase in diesel prices we have had to introduce a fuel surcharge. This is $2.50AUD per person payable at check-in. This is not included in the price you pay through viator.
