Overview

This is much more than a cooking class. What makes this experience unique is the opportunity to discover the complete journey of food, from the field to the table, on a working organic farm. Before cooking, guests take part in an educational workshop on ancient grains, learning how wheat is transformed into flour through traditional methods and why these heritage varieties are so important to local culture and sustainable agriculture. The experience takes place in our historic farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offering breathtaking countryside views and a truly authentic atmosphere. All recipes are inspired by local traditions and prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which are grown directly on our farm. Rather than a commercial cooking school, this is a personal experience hosted by our family, where guests are welcomed as friends, share stories, and enjoy the meal they have prepared together
