For private tours, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes at the pickup point. After 30 minutes without contact, the booking will be considered a No-Show.

For small-group tours, meet your driver outside Herodion Hotel. The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. After that, the tour will depart and the booking will be considered a No-Show.
