Customers of age 7-17 can go as a passenger, not as a driver. If your child taller than 150 cm (4.9 ft), we can offer e-bike or e-scooter, you have to contact us in advance about that option.
If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field.

We do not go inside the sights where you will be charged additionally, as payed entrance.
In case of light rain (up to 1 mm per hour)., proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
A valid driver's license is required (class A or B accepted). Maximum speed 25 km/h (~16 mph).
Not people under the influences of alcohol and drugs
Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.
