Overview
There is always a chance to meet one of the gorilla families while climbing without paying the gorilla permit. On your way up, you’ll be trekking through a number of different vegetation zones after passing through bamboo forest, the preferred food of golden monkeys and mountain gorillas.

We always enjoy our coffee while checking in for legal formalities and getting briefing from park rangers
The packed lunch is given per head to be eaten either on your way climbing or by the time you reach the summit of the volcano
The snacks, water & juice are given from the starting point for you to enjoy them while climbing the volcano
