All passengers must be physically capable of safely boarding and exiting the helicopter without assistance from staff or accompanying persons. This requires the ability to lift each knee to approximately waist height, step onto the helicopter skid, maintain balance, and use sufficient leg strength to push themselves from the skid into the cabin
